Just so everyone knows, the numbers at the bottom are not the most I can do during the day, but the most I can do after 4 sets of push-ups or sit-ups. I did two stress tests today for my challenges 20 Pushups (+5 from last week) 25 Situps (+10 from last week [could have done more if not right after pushups]) First day of work is in less than half an hour, it’s not a writing job, but I can wait a year or so before doing that (and freelance is always an option) More info and a proper blog post in a day or two, promise! ~Jared~
